After you paint your sticks your desired color, glue them together as picture shows at the top.

Start by weaving your ribbon (bottom to top of tree) over and under the sticks as picture shows.

Continue weaving your ribbon and wrap or cut excess ribbon at the top of the tree.  Glue loose ends.

Add a star to your tree and glue as needed.

Add ornaments and decoration.  Glue a hanging apparatus in order to hang it to your tree!
