On February 10th, 2,026 you will be emailed from jmgnltconference@gmail.com with a letter to participants that will detail how to get into the conference. This leeter is crucial for participating live and viewing recorded sessions, so keep it in a safe place. Make sure to check spam and junk folders before contacting us starting February 11.

Additionally, you’ll have early access to the portal so you can become familiar with the conference layout. This includes an attendee Zoom training on February 12th at 4:00 pm (Central Time), accessible by button at the top of the conference portal homepage.On  February 13, it will be replaced with the recording of the training.

Yes! All registered participants will be given access to view the recordings for every session, keynote, featured spotlights, lightning sessions, and field trips for four (4) months after the conference. Access to the recordings will come after the conference in another emailed letter.

We plan to record every presentation and will try our best to do so, but we cannot guarantee that every presentation will be recorded due to the possibility of problems occurring out of our control.

Yes! As long as you view all recorded content within the four months post-conference, you’ll earn the 26 CPE hours.

After the end of the conference, attendees will be able to locate their downloadable certificate through a button located at the top of the conference portal’s homepage. Certificates are ordered alphabetically.

All speaker and session information is available on the Meet the Speaker or the Explore Sessions pages on our website.

No! All sessions are on a “first come first served” basis if attending live. You are welcome to float between sessions and tracks day of the conference. Post-conference, all sessions and tracks will be accessible as recordings.

Yes! A button at the top of the conference portal homepage will list door prize winners. Door prizes will only be awarded to those who participate in the live conference and have their full name labeled on their video in the Zoom meeting. The address given at registration will be the location to which the prize is shipped.

During the final concurrent session on Day 2, we will open the conference evaluation survey. This will be the best opportunity to share feedback on your overall experience. The survey link will also be included in the post-conference email, along with instructions for accessing the recorded sessions.

Sharing access to conference materials with non-registrants is prohibited and is considered stealing from our program. Please be respectful of the hard work to make this conference happen every year. Thank you for your time and enjoy the conference.
