OTHER IDEAS for THiS week could be CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO JOG/WALK for the full 20minutes (which means you alternate jogging for one minute then, if needed, you walk for one minute to catch your breath), do the 10-10-10 POWER CHALLENGE ( do these >>> 10 push ups, 10 jumping jacks, 10 chin ups <<< without stopping)  or find 2 friends and PLAY RED LIGHT – GREEN LIGHT.
