Real Grass Easter Basket
Looking to ditch that pesky basket filling that always ends up on your floor after your kids have torn through their basket goodies? Check this cute craft idea that uses REAL GRASS!
Steps:
- Basket
- Plastic lining
- Tape
- Dirt
- Water
- Grass seed
- Decor (once grass has grown)
Line the basket with your plastic lining of choice in order to prevent excess water & dirt leaking out of the basket. Secure the lining with tape.
Fill the basket 3/4 of the way with dirt
Once you have your basket filled 3/4 of the way with dirt, add grass seed. Cover the seed with dirt. Water so that the soil is damp.
Wait for the grass to grow, and then decorate!!
