Floral Pops
Why should you make them?
The birds are singing. The flowers are blooming. Spring is here and Summer is coming! It is the perfect time to start making those icy frozen snacks that everyone seems to love, the Floral Pop! Inspired by Garden Collage’s “Flower Ice Pops,” we recreated our own version for you all to try at home. They are very inexpensive to make, a light caloric refreshing snack, and can make multiple to share with friends.
Materials
Liquid Base – Coconut Water or Fresh Squeezed Fruit Juice
Garden Add-ins – Various edible flowers and herbs (Click here)
Popsicle Holder (If one is not available, create your own with ice cube holders and popsicle sticks)
How to Make Them
Step One – Fill liquid into container about 3/4 full and add flowers into the mixture. We used pomegranate juice with mint for one flavor and pansies with the coconut water for the other flavor.
Step Two – Place in the freezer for at least an hour.
Step Three – Enjoy your refreshingly cold snack!
