Looking for an easy craft to keep your littler ones occupied while staying in the Thanksgiving spirit?
Leafy Turkey

You will need:
- 1 stick
- leaves/outdoor garnish
- paint
- hot glue gun
- brown paper
- eyes
Cut your brown paper into two identical pieces for the body. Glue them together only at the distal end of the body so that it opens like a book.

Cut from the stick:
- 2 x 1 inch pieces
- 6 x .5 inch pieces

Paint 2 of the .5 inch sticks orange for the beak of the turkey

Glue one 1 inch stick to two .5 inch sticks as seen in picture. (repeat once)

Glue your leaves to the inside of your 2 body pieces.

Glue your beak in place, and add some other natural garnish to your “leaf feathers”

Glue your eyes, and…
You’re done!
